The 7600 Bubble Humidifier Bottle has a 6 PSI Audible Pop-off Pressure Alarm to warn of any obstructions to oxygen flow and help reduce the likelyhood of concentrator damage due to downstream occlusion.
CLEANING: Use sterile distilled water whenever possible to reduce the possibility of contamination and scaling. If using distilled water, remove the humidifier bottle every 7 days, wash with mild soap and water and rinse thoroughly. If using boiled tap water, remove the humidifier bottle every 3 days, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and allow to air dry. How much water should be added to the humidifier bottle?
Regarding the amount of water, the water only needs to be between the maximum scale and the minimum scale. If there is too little water, the oxygen may not be fully humidified; if there is too much water, some oxygen generators will be turned on for a long time, and the body will heat up. If the body temperature is too high, the water will flow back into the interior and damage the machine! So how much water to add, operate according to the water level according to the scale requirements!Usage: The bubble humidifier is indicated for use with oxygen concentrator or gas sources in homecare, hospital, extended care facilities and hospice enviconment, Don't use on more than one person.
What kind of water is added to the humidifier bottle?
Distilled water or purified water should be added to the humidifier bottle of the oxygen concentrator. Remember not to add tap water directly. Because distilled water and purified water are processed, there are fewer impurities and cleanliness can be guaranteed. The tap water contains a lot of impurities, and long-term use will cause problems such as blockage of the nasal oxygen tube, failure of the oxygen generator to exhaust gas, and respiratory damage to users. In addition, the water in the humidifier bottle should be replaced every day. Make sure that the lid of the bottle is tightened before inhaling oxygen.
